Brandon Howard says he has no interest in going after the Estate, and that's a good thing, because Michael made sure he and everyone else in the world -- except Prince, Paris and Blanket -- could not lay a hand on MJ's assets.
According to Michael's will ... Michael's 3 kids, along with some charities, ultimately get his money. Michael also made sure that Katherine was supported during her lifetime.
We just dug through Michael's 2002 will -- in which he explicitly wrote, "Except as otherwise provided in this Will or in the Trust ... I have intentionally omitted to provide for my heirs."
Under the law, that's all she wrote, because MJ had every right to disinherit anyone he wanted ... even his own kids. What he did was provide for Paris, Blanket and Prince ... and even if someone else could prove they were sired by the singer ... tough luck.
Bottom line ... Michael beat it, even in death.

Levi Johnston
I'm Finally Taking Down Palin!
3/10/2014 12:25 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

Call it the Thrilla in Wasilla -- Levi Johnston's new plot is to hit Sarah Palin where it really hurts ... by crushing her husband on Alaska's legendary Iron Dog snowmobile race course.
Johnston tells TMZ he's decided to enter the next running of the world's longest and toughest snowmobile competition ... with the sole intent of burying his ex father-in-law, Todd Palin.
FYI .. Todd's won the thing 4 times, so Levi's odds are slim to frozen.
Levi says it's been a lifelong dream of his to compete in the race, which sounds like a ton of fun: pairs of riders tag team their way over a 36-hour, 2000 mile race through the Alaskan wilderness.
Palin had to drop out this year after just 100 miles due to mechanical problems ... so maybe Levi sees an opening next year.
Of course, it's easy for Levi to talk smack since the race is still 350 days away.
We're guessing this will go about as well as his run for mayor.
'Hills' Star Doug Reinhardt
Neighbor War BACKFIRES
Judge Orders Neighbor to Pay $50K

EXCLUSIVE

Doug Reinhardt's neighbor is really eating his hat now -- after he took the former "Hills" star to court and demanded a restraining order ... the judge ordered the NEIGHBOR to pay $50,000.
TMZ broke the story ... Reinhardt's real estate agent neighbor obtained a temporary restraining order against the reality star back in December, claiming Reinhardt had threatened to "beat the f***" out of him for complaining about his late night parties.
The neighbor was back in court recently -- to see if the judge would make the restraining order permanent -- but not only did the judge deny the neighbor's request ... he ordered him to pay $49,500 to cover Doug's legal fees.
Doug's attorney tells us, the judge ruled in Doug's favor ... finding the neighbor's complaint was frivolous.

Larry David
I Kicked My House to the Curb
3/9/2014 2:07 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

Larry and Laurie David lived in the 11,000-square ft. Pacific Palisades home -- with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms -- in one of the most exclusive areas of L.A.
Real estate sources tell TMZ the house closed Friday for $12 million ... Larry was asking $12.995.
No one has been living in the house for a while ... Larry moved to the uber ritzy Riviera -- also in the Palisades -- and Laurie built her dream home.
The realtors certainly had to curb their enthusiasm ... they ended up on both ends of the deal.
Santiago Arana repped Larry and Mauricio Umansky (Kyle Richards' hubby) represented the business man/buyer. Both guys work at the Agency in Bev. Hills.
Do you think Larry gave the buyer a tour of the place? We're guessing not.
